1. How do I place an order?

It’s easy! Just go to this page, select the number of packaging boxes to order and click ‘Add to cart’, followed by ‘View Cart’ and choose your preferred delivery/collection method. Finally, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

2. How can I make payment?

At the moment, we only accept payment via PayPal.

3. Can I choose the delivery method?

Delivery Fee to S$4.20
Within 4 days delivery exclude weekends and PH.

Or, if it’s convenient for you, you may choose to self-collect your items too. Just choose the ‘self-collection’ option during checkout and there will be no extra delivery fee charged.

4. Where are the self-collection locations?

You can pick up your order at 7 Keppel Road #01-05/07, PSA Tanjong Pagar Complex, Singapore 089053, between Tuesday – Sunday, 9am to 10pm SGT (closed on Mondays).

5. Can I change my delivery option after ordering?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to change your delivery option once your order has been paid and processed.

6. When will my order be shipped out?

Within 4 days delivery exclude weekends and PH.

Please note that all orders placed after cut off time on Saturday, and Sunday will be delivered from the following Tuesday.

7. Can I choose a time slot?

Yes, you can! Please indicate your delivery slot preference during checkout. These are the available time slots for next day delivery:

• 9am to 12pm
• 12pm to 3pm
• 3pm to 6pm
• 6pm to 10pm

If no preference is made, the default delivery time will be set at 6pm to 10pm.

8. What if no one is at home when my item arrives?

Not to worry, our delivery partner will contact you again to arrange a suitable time for the re-delivery.

9. What happens if I am unhappy with the product I purchase or I changed my mind?

Unfortunately, all items purchased are non-refundable at the moment.
